For example, through the recommendation of Zijin Mining, Jiangxi Copper has added a cost-effective mineral processing agent supplier; Zijin Mining has effectively checked the rationality of the quartz sand rising more than expected through the alliance platform, thus successfully completing the purchase of quartz sand.

The seminar focused on 11 aspects of joint batch procurement, idle parts adjustment, procurement method innovation, full life cycle procurement research, new materials and new product trials, supplier cooperation and exchange, material procurement performance index, and material master data management. According to the work plan for the beginning of the year, this year, the Alliance will create a forum, conduct a seminar, publish four newsletters, and hold a summit and a yearbook at the end of the year.
